Calendar SyncPrivacy Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Calendar Sync is operated by CyberDiDi Sdn Bhd, Malaysia ("we"). This policy explains what we access when you connect a Google account to Calendar Sync, and what we do with it.
What we access from Google
- Your email address (scopes
openid, userinfo.email) — to show which Google account is connected. - Calendar events (scope
calendar.events) — to create, update and delete the events Calendar Sync makes for confirmed bookings, each with a Google Meet link when the booking is online.
What we do with it
- For each confirmed booking, we create one event (service name, customer name, booking time). We store that event's ID and its Meet link so we can update or remove it if the booking changes, and so the business can share the link with its customer.
- We never read, list, copy or change any other event in your calendar.
- We store an encrypted refresh token so events can be created when a booking is confirmed. Nothing else from your Google account is stored.
- We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with anyone except as needed to provide this feature or as required by law.
- No person reads your Google data, except with your permission for support, for security purposes, or as required by law.
Calendar Sync's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and deleting data
- Disconnect any time from the booking settings, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the stored token at once.
- Event IDs and meeting links stay on the booking records of the business that made them, as part of its booking history. Events already created stay in your calendar until you delete them.
- To ask us to delete anything, email support@wspp.link. We reply within 7 days.
Security
Tokens are encrypted at rest and all traffic uses HTTPS.
